I hope Halloween was a blast.... missed my kids bad. Pictures of our Halloweeners please. Early morning start with a trip to a jade factory, Ming temple and a beautiful drive into the country side. My new friends from Korea/Atlanta made my day extra special as they took me under their wings as we journeyed the Great Wall of China. I cant believe I was there.... it really is a great wall! My mind has not been this blown away since I toured Egypt. Thank God for a Gondola to get up and a slide to come down. Yes, a slide. LOL I got a good burn going climbing this massive wall. John and his Dad didnt leave my side, carried my coat and took tons of pictures. I adore these guys and was sad to say good bye to them tonight. ( hilarious moment when we were driving down a country road and I told them that I had never tasted persimmon fruit that was been sold on the road side. As soon as our van stopped for traffic they jumped out, ran down the toad and bought me one.) Finished our day with a tea ceremony which was awesome but stressed me out in the end....I shopped a little too much and have no clue how Im going to get everything home. Urg! Feeling very humbled... there is so much to learn about China and almost everything I thought I knew has been blown away. Hugz!
