I hope everybody would understand that providing medical care takes TIME.. Its not like fast food restaurants where you order food and not receiving it within 30mins maybe ridiculous.. We have no control on how long your lab results will come in, or how complicated the patient that shows at the door, and how long our providers will spend to take care of them.. All I know is, our providers will do anything they know to give you the best treatment possible.. And us nurses, we are not robots, it aint fast and easy to prepare your medicines, insert IV, do medical procedures etc., TRUST ME, we DONT enjoy seeing people getting hurt.. Sometimes, we just gotta toughen UP and do what we are trained to do.. So next time you come by at FHP Urgent Care, please bring your iPads, books, or other gadgets to make your wait bearable..
