I hope everyone had a good weekend. Here is the last evolution for the summer. It will last five weeks and bring us into our 1 rep max tests when you get back to school. You will only be lifting three times a week during this phase. Stay Hungry everyone. EVOLUTION V: Warm Up: 3 Rounds-10 glute bridges, 10 Frog Jumps, 10 push press w/barbell Lifts: Clean & Press 4x5* Front Squats 4x5* F-S-B DB raises 4x5 Calves Raises 4x until burn Cauldrons 4x until burn *@ 70% of 1rm/ 2-3min rest between each set COME GET SOME!!!
