I hope this finds everyone well and I may piss a few people off with this rant. There is a heated discussion about Coca-Colas National Anthem spot during the Super Bowl. People are mad because they were doing parts in a different languages. Wake up people....We live in a diverse country that allows ANYONE to live their way of life without having to fear being prosecuted for their beliefs. Not everyone is perfect, but everyone is taking everything this country was founded on for granted. If youre in the military and were appalled by the commercial, shame on you. You took an oath to defend this nation from enemies foreign and domestic. That means black, white, yellow, muslim, christian or whatever else is out there. The fact that you have the audacity to take that oath and get offended by these different cultures that are present in our country makes me sick. This is the reason we arent the greatest country in the world anymore. This country is filled with bigotry and people only looking out for themselves. If we want to be the greatest country in the world, you need to stop judging people based on the color of their skin or what their religion is. They are living and breathing beings with the same organs as you. So stop arguing about some petty commercial, move past yourself and look towards building a better future for our children and our childrens children. Dirty Leg out.
