Penny Sanderbeck, owner of the rescue, has refused to return Piper to her rightful owners. It was ruled last week that Penny must either return Piper or post a $10,000 bond. She just posted the bond. How many dogs could Central Ohio Sheltie Rescue have saved with $10,000? Instead of turning Piper over to owners who love her, Penny has opted to act selfishly with a vendetta against breeders. Penny Sanderbecks name belongs on every Do Not Adopt and Do Not Sell list in the country. And for those who regularly donate to rescue- might I recommend finding a real rescue to support?
