I huge shout out to Payton the 13 year old future MLB picther. Payton is 13 and built like an eel alll legs and arms. A few months ago when he started with Strength Guild he was very sore after squatting the 15lb bar for a few sets of 5, we couldnt deadlift from the floor as we couldnt hit a low back position i considered safe and couldnt get close to doing a chin up. Well yesterday Payton deadlifted 245lbs solid. Hit a set of 5 chins in a row, has squatted 175 and his new strength is showing up in the feild and practice. Great job.
