I injured my knee yesterday (felt like a sprain or hyper-extention) and wasnt sure how my personal training session would go today. Before going in I prayed to God that I would make it through safe and even stronger than when I went in. During the first few exercises the pain was quite sharp but I was determined to complete the day. About half way through my knee made a loud POP, POP sound (even my trainer heard it). I moved my knee and it was completely healed. I took off the brace I had on and finished the workout strong. Thank you God for all your blessings!
