I intended to do a lot of catching-up on challenges last week and this week, but Ill have to finish and post them later on this week or next week instead. I chose to use beef marrow for the Fear Factor challenge, but when I finally decided on the recipe to use and gathered the ingredients, the marrow smelled like it had gone bad when I opened the package! I will have to get some fresh marrow and re-do this recipe, but here is my Florentine of Marrow, minus the marrow. Its from _The English and French Cook_, 1674.
