I just decided to remove a bunch of people from my newsfeed who were clocking up hours of cardio in an attempt to compensate for the past few days of gluttony. Food should not be viewed as a reward and exercise as a punishment. Personally during this period I dont try to track macros down to the gram, I just enjoy my food and eat till Im full. Call me crazy but I have no desire to stuff myself until I feel sick. However if you have just gone for it and eaten a crapload dont feel guilty about it, just get back on track and carry on as if nothing happened. Giving yourself a hard time is completely counter-productive.
