I just finished my work out today and im exhausted.. But I wanted to take a second and just encourage you. I know making changes to your health routine is not always easy. Honestly at times it can be pretty stressful. Just remember the first steps on a health (particularly weightloss) journey are generally the hardest; but without them you would never see change. Those first few steps are powerful! Each step following only makes you that much stronger. Dont underestimate your strength! And whatever you do; dont give up!
