I just got home after almost 2 weeks of doing the 3 things I love to do best in the whole world, visiting friends/family, eating good food prepaired by the worlds best cooks and quadding with my boys.My grand daughter is a jewel and it thrilled my to spend some time with her. My parents are aging and each moment with them was presious. It was wonderful to see my old school mates, a couple of wich I had not seen since we left school.Dan Clark and his wife Diane put on a very respectable party and the food was fabulous.Thank you Clarks for that!it made the weekend even more memorable.Quadding is fun, always but over the top fun with my boys.They treated their dad very well, always close when I needed help and great in every way.at one point I came around a corner and saw a cow moose and calf.shawn drove beside me and richard came up close behind.there was no room for retreat, but the cow descided to simply run into the bush instead of at us and I thought that was nice of her.At one point around the campfire after a hard day of riding and a fabulous supper, Richard shared some of his philosophy with me.He said you cant really tell how well a man is doing by his house or car because likely they are not paid for anyway. He said the true rating is to see what kind of toilet paper they use.the worlds poorest dont use any. I lived in the philipines so I know thats pretty well true.Ordinary people use single ply while the more well to do use double ply.The rich use 3 ply and the ubber rich use 4 and 5 ply. I said I had never even herd of anything fancier than 2 ply and he said he rested his case.On our last ride we got stuck quite a few times and went over some very hard terrain.We stopped right on the road going to our camp 2 miles down the road and when he went to start again the key broke off. It has a chip inside wich garrenteed the quad could not start even if you moved the key. It was only a 2 mile tow back to camp.We were very happy it did not break 25 miles back in the swamp or even worse yet at any other time than the very end of the last ride
