As december draws to a close we have one last driver of the month to do and as there was no meetings for the hot rods this month it was going to be difficult to do it on a points based system! To decide it on looks would be unfair to Luke, on bashfulness would be unfair on Chris, on temperament unfair with Alex and truth telling unfair on Charlie! so we decide to take a straw poll from all the other 2ltr drivers and let them decide, amazingly they all voted for themselves :) so back to the drawing board, it was going to be down to me. choosing was harder than looking Mike Edwards in the face without laughing and telling him 30 seconds would satisfy any woman , but not as hard as telling Scott Russell hes still got it :) I looked at all the previous months added up all the points overall divided by the number of races raced, timesed it by how many laps completed subtracted the black crosses and flags, added in the fastest laps got totally lost so abandon that idea too. I considered just giving it to my favourite but again decided against that as i never have favourites! So in the end and to cut a long story short It was awarded to Prick Hendricks for the outstanding driving masterclass to every meeting this year, there and back without sleep water or much help from anybody, it truly was a masterpiece, very reminiscences of his driving ability all them years ago when he founded the Prick Hendricks Motorsport team in a field nr Four Marks. As news of this achievement was revealed The Stud told waiting reporters Im so pleased for the old boy, its more than he deserves as I am definitely the Best in Britain The Tower tweeted that although he would have liked to have won again this month the Dickhead deserved it #ImeanFigurehead ! Luke Slippery Stonehouse told Newsnight Im Just so happy that there was one driver this year I havent smashed up, run wide or accidentally collided into...... although theres always next year!!!! #11 driver, Mustard was unavailable for comment again this month as hes been reported to be booking a trip to sunny climes telling friends and family hes sick to death of all them rain clouds and at least on a cruise ship theres only one Anchor ! Prick Hendrick himself only made a short statement on his win this month and says it owes all to the big man upstairs! no one is sure if he means Jimmy Patton Mick Jowers or Tim Barnes but we are all hoping he dont mean Deane Wood ! :)
