I just got out of the borough . I was followed out of the borough by a police car . The next time I think I better take legal representation . The council listened to everyone about cats for about an hour. Some of the members seemed tired of talking cats by the end of the meeting and no decision was made. They didnt want to let me speak but I got thrown in at the end. I offered them no cost solutions however the attorney on the council asked me if I was threatening him and then asked if I was blackmailing him. I guess he gets paid to be the tough guy. He threw back papers at me when I showed him a model of a TNR ordinance nfrom San Jose and from St louis. He also said he could euthanize a lot of cats for $1500 . Realistically he talks a bunch of hot air . I got most of ut on video although my battery died at the very end
