I just heard on Sirius that the reason the QuikTrip was burned down was because they called the police on the 2 teenagers because they stole cigars. This would explain the snitches need stitches graffiti. Therefore the officer went to question them when all the trouble started. Has anyone else heard this? Also, Ive heard nothing about the employees at QuikTrip. Are they ok? I worked there for 3 years and only left to get into trucking. They were an excellent company to work for back then and Im sure they still are. I spent a lot of time working as an assistant manager at the store on Gravois and Nebraska in St Louis. There are lots of stories while I worked there. Kimberly Gander Obenauer, were you there the night that I carded the kid for smokes and he didnt have ID? Then he goes to get someone else to buy them. Still cant do that. Its illegal. We had an off duty St Louis officer that worked security for us. He asked them to leave when the kid turned and pushed the officer. Next thing we know we have a fight break out. I called 911 and said officer needs assistance and dropped the phone. Officers came from all directions! They saved a lot of trouble over carding someone for cigarettes. The point is most people dont have a clue what goes on in places like that. Dont believe most of what you read or hear about this story.
