I just joined the world of technology finding there aint shit you can do about having one HDMI port on a blu ray and be able to use it with component connections even if you buy an expensive converter due to the HDCP encryption. Thats a load of shit. I do have a DVI with standard L/R audio jacks and am not sure if I can use a HDMI to DVI with audio converter and still get the sound. It looks like it will work but havent seen any direct statements regarding blu ray players with one HDMI. Anybody know about that?
