The State of the Nation Address (SONA) is the last before the pre-election year 2015. Some 150 days to go til next year. It was unusual for the President to touch on emotion at the end of the hour plus long speech citing his parents and the good work both son and parents would like to share (as a legacy). He repeatedly used the word Boss to refer to the masses (despite protests outside Congress) . But the Presidents report card continued its tradition of citing bits and pieces of achievements of the departments with testimonies of public servants (ie women police) and beneficiaries of programs (from ie TESDA). What it lacked was policy affirmations , legislative agenda (for ELA , executive -legislative collaboration), roadmapping, benchmarks and vision
