I just realized this is my 2 year without fever blisters. A FB friend of mine named Kelton told me about a supplement called BHT a few years ago, bought it that day online. I ordered two bottles of 250 capsules and took two pills a day until the bottles were gone. WOW! I had debilitating fever blisters that gave me migraines and stomach aches and basically kept me in bed for a few days before I got them and then for at least a week or so later and they happened monthly! I took some prescription meds like Valtrex for 15 years......every month! Do you know how expensive that stuff is? VERY! Anyway after taking BHT I no longer have fever blisters! I am not going to give medical advice, or links. You need to do your own research to find out if BHT is right for you. I had always worried about being able to function in a SHTF type situation and being sick.... no worries now.
