I just received confirmation from Mayor Page, in a public Statement, that the developer has deemed the Parking Garage/ Office Building unfeasible to pursue due to constraints... According to the Mayor, the developer now claims that construction of a parking facility is economically unfeasible. Although he has a right to pursue a project that is conducive to the current ordinance. Its important to note that the 55 height requirements need to be rescinded and by made complicit to Ordinance 156.102. The Town Governance has stood with the Townspeople and we are stronger for it...for now we have prevailed, but there still more to do! We have further challenges ahead and I encourage you to be at the Planning Committee on Monday @ 10:00
