I just want to let everyone know what Im going through. I canceled a preorder on my iPhone that I was eligible to upgrade for on AT&T. I canceled the order on Apple where a place the order. Now its going to be two weeks for AT&T to reverse that pre-order so I am eligible to place a different one. I have talked to no less than seven customer care representatives each one gave me a different story. Mainly they blame the servers of Apple and AT&T and that there was nothing they could do. First it was 1 day and it will reverse. Then three they promised. Finally one of them was kind enough to open a case number which takes at least nine days to resolve. So if you ever plan to cancel pre-order with AT&T be aware that this might happen to you. Do a little search online on the AT&T forums and this is happening to many other people too, very disappointing. And I know if someone was willing to they could help me cancel this and place an order for a different phone but with all of the stress I dont think I want to stay with AT&T anymore. All this and we are suppose it premier customers, being with them for 7 years, oh well you live and learn very disappointing maybe someone on Facebook is willing to help if not maybe I can help other people to just be aware that this might happen to you.
