I just want to share with everyone this beautiful poem my sister wrote for our girl Hannah Sanders. 💜love you forever & always💜 Do not cry Do not weep Rest your head Enjoy your sleep. I am here with you Although you cannot see By your side I shall stay For however long you need me. One day you shall wake Descend the stairs and make a tea Youll look at my pictures and then think of me My absence will ache; though not rule your life Birthdays and Christmas will leave you in strife. Time goes on And so will I Moved on to another world Without saying goodbye. Although goodbyes are forever, so that is not quite right. For I am still with you now, though completely out of sight Im the soft summer breeze, The warm sun on your face. The singing birds in the sky Laughter so hard that makes you cry. Im the friendly stranger that smiles when you meet Im the crunchy autumn leaves beneath your feet. I am everything good Whatever makes you smile. That day will come when I leave you here But now were not ready You still need me near. So close to your heart With me holding your hand We both know this is not what we planned. Life can be cruel How it took me away Do not fear though, in your heart I shall stay.
