I just wanted to give everyone an update, I went to my preoperation appointment on Monday and the surgeon that I decided that we are going to push the government into appointing Toronto Western Hospital the designated destination for diaphragmatic pacemaker surgeries. I am more about helping others then just thinking about myself, we postponed the surgery until we can get the government to fund it. We are going to continue to contact the Ministry of health, along with other government officials to help us get this rolling and allow me to receive my surgery as quick and as soon as possible. #SCIAdvocate #DiaphragmaticPacemaker #TorontoWesternHospital #NeedYourHelp Help Drew Breathe
