I just wanted to go on record about the events of this past Saturday night in regards to the wrestling show I was a part of in Corydon, IN. Before posting my statement, I just wanted to inform you all that I have no intentions on saying anything negative on the situation at hand, rather I want to make a positive statement in regards to the events and the employees that were in the locker room. I am very proud to have been in that locker room Saturday night. Although the situation was poor and the outcome was seemingly inevitable due to previous warnings and consultations with other wrestlers that had informed me of various shenanigans prior to this past event, I witnessed a bonding and revelation with a group of men like no other. These men, and girl, stood together and took a stand for real workers/ wrestlers EVERYWHERE. No one can be more proud to be a part of more motley group in the history of mankind than I am. These boys stood together and stated that we, as performers and wrestlers, were no longer going to stand aside and be treated with complete disrespect for not only what we do but what we put our bodies through. Even though one man or a few could have walked away with promises made full to them, they all stuck together as a band of brothers and refused to go quietly into that good night. Thank you all for restoring my faith and belief that this business can be viewed as a family rather than the cut throat ideology that currently exists throughout the overpopulated regions. Sincerely and most humbly, I thank each and everyone one of you.
