I just wanted to take a second to sincerely wish everyone the best - TopicsExpress

I just wanted to take a second to sincerely wish everyone the best of luck in keeping to your new years resolutions. Ill be making my resolutions public so that I feel more accountable to stick to them. Resolution #1: Be the buffest person on Facebook. Right now Im top 10, possibly top 5. Im focusing on Facebook first, and then will evaluate my standings on Twitter and Instagram later in the year and proceed based on my ranking analysis. I know many of you who have seen my physique in person recently might be shaking your heads in disbelief, wondering aloud... Wait a second Mark- is it even humanly POSSIBLE to cram even another OUNCE more of your trademark lean, dense, and striated muscle tissue on that powerful yet elegant frame of yours? Your skin already looks like its about to explode with the levels of mass youre currently nurturing! The truth is- Im not sure. Maybe I have reached my genetic peak- it certainly feels like that sometimes when I look in the mirror. The lazy complacent side of me says Eh, 63, 278, 1.9% body fat... Good enough. But then the competitive champion in me puts that lazy complacent side of me in an illegal chokehold til its lights out, and tells me to load up 8 plates a side for those deadlift reps instead of the 7 I had planned on- and go for 50 reps instead of the 40 I had been aiming for. That side of my personality tells me to not stop until I weigh in at 350 lbs with negative 2% body fat. I know negative body fat is only a theory right now- but thats goal #2 for 2015 along with buffest person on Facebook- and if my calculations are correct, once I reach a specific level of muscularity, what I call the event horizon of buffness, I will begin burning the body fat of other people within a certain radius of my bufftational pull. I could go on and on but I dont want to geek out about all the exercise science behind it- so just PM for more info or if youd like to check out some of my proofs and equations. Thanks for reading if youve made it this far- I really appreciate you taking the time to bear witness to the first step in my journey. The quest begins at midnight. With a killer pec workout (working up to 450 on Incline bench, then 6 hours of cable crossovers). Ill be following up with more goals soon- feel free to post yours here as well! #nye2015 #newyearsresolution #buffestpersononfacebook #negativebodyfat #doyouevenliftbro
