I keep getting told that I should ask for help when I need it, but thats a hard thing to do. Right after Chad died I remember some people saying let me know if you need anything but I was in such a state of shock, I dont remember who said it. Anyway, I have a couple projects that I could really use some help with, so Im putting it out there... project #1 is an area of untreated wood that needs to be painted to satisfy the homeowners insurance requirements. I could do it myself but it would go easier with a few extra hands :) Project #2 is my back porch; you cant tell how bad it is in these photos but it is so rotted it is collapsing. I cant afford the materials for a whole new porch, but the back area (nearest the house, under the balcony) has a few years left in it. I was thinking maybe the exposed rotted area you see here could maybe just be cut away so its not a hazard. Im not so handy with power tools, though. Any thoughts or advice would be welcome~
