I keep listening to Hey Ho by the Lumineers cuz its a catchy tune but like most lovey dovey self indulgent hyper-emotional anti-responsibility/accountability/intellectual only be concerned about the present and always be surprised by the predictable future consequences brought about by ones actions because one refuses to acknowledge patterns and learn from mistakes because of a feels addiction brand of lyrics it also fills me with the rage of all the fiery chaotic energy of the omniverse and makes me wanna write parody songs where i rail on cultural norms of gender roles, communication, and propagating a culture of self indulgent non-understanding with the tool of music whose use and literacy requires discipline and creative-intellectual capacities that so greatly exceed the generic lyrical content that i can only come to the conclusion that music may be the most venomously insultingly condescending human endeavor possibly tied with or at best only slightly second to religion. God i just hate everything right now lololol.
