I keep seeing all these post about Robin Williams and it breaks my heart. Take it from someone who has battled depression all of my life it is a horrible thing to suffer from. If you havent had this problem its hard to understand. God rest his soul and comfort his family. And for those of u who dont know I have started going to church and I have put my life in gods hands. Before I did this I was on four meds a day for depression and now I am completely med free and I feel better than I have in my entire life. Some people would say that church and God have nothing to do with this but I know better. I thank god everyday for the changes I am seeing in myself and in my life. I have a long way to go but this is an amazing start.
