I kept quite this time about trying to quit smoking in fear that I would fail and let everyone down once again. This has not been a easy journey for me I now realize how much cigarettes controlled my every day life. I have slipped up here and there along the way but I am now proud to say Im a non smoker and I havent purchased a pack of cigarettes. I still have my electric one that doesnt contain nicotine in case I do get the urge. I am super proud of myself for finally defeating this awful addiction I had 🙌💪👍🌟
