I knew that it will always come to a time where I need some help from you guys in raising some funds to run my little dog recue project. I have been feeding the strays and bring some of them to spay throughout the year but due to my own limitation, I am unable to help them all in once. So far, I have spotted over 20 dogs (not spayed/neutered) around my warehouse and it seems like the numbers keep escalating way too fast. (As you know, a female dog can deliver 6 puppies and 6 months later, the puppies are all grown-up dogs that can deliver another 6 each and the cycle goes on and on) Today, I walked to the place where I usually feed the strays and found out 4 different mommies were taking care of their own puppies. So, 4 female dogs are pregnant at the same time. The puppies are born either in the abandoned wooden shelter or in the bushes. It seems worse when our place is currently facing the monsoon season where rain falls almost every single day, that could drown the weak newborn puppies too. So, I believe that I have about 500 friends here (active/inactive) and there are many animal lovers in this social media. If each of you guys willing to spare me 5 or 10 ringgit each, I believe I will be able to have 13/15 dogs spayed to stop the cycle.
