I know Ive sung praises for it before, but it have to do so again. If you (or maybe a graveyard-working spouse) has trouble sleeping, you should try Melatonin. I pop one pill about 20-30 minutes before I want to fall asleep, hop in bed, and am asleep in within 30 minutes. I stay asleep unless roused (by kids or dog), and when I do get up, I fall right back asleep. I wake up without my alarm, feeling rested and ready to get up and going. Many of you know I struggled with insomnia in the past (usually the staying asleep was my issue), and Ive not had a single insomniac episode since I started taking the meds. Adam uses them every lining when he gets home, and sleeps beautifully for 6-8 hours (we dont even close the bedroom door, he sleeps right through the household noise). He is rarely ever fatigued after waking, and does better on his days off sleeping at a normal time. Love this stuff!
