I know how difficult customers can be, and know how you can bend over backwards to help them out, but they are still not happy. My husband had one of those today, and I was not as sympathetic as I should have been, and I apologize to my husband for that. I know how hard he worked to please this person, and how unappreciated he was. I tried to make light of the situation, and I should have been more understanding since I also work with the public on a daily basis. There are good people out there, which are appreciative of what you do for them, which I know he has those customers too. Hang in there those that think you owe them will someday pay the price, but you can rest easily when you know you have tried your hardest to make your customer service for the better!
