I know in previous years I have said more than my fair share of politically incorrect things about that institution of higher learning 200 miles to the Northwest of Bozeman, and much to the joy of everyone who has had a distaste with my posts about the Cat-Griz rivalry in years past I will only make ONE post this year. So here it goes, Montana State comes into the 113th game of this rivalry about as ferocious as a tabby kitten, meanwhile those damn Grizzlies are clicking on all cylinders. And as I a diehard Bobcat fan who more than likely will not see the team I love make a postseason appearance, Im trying to hold out any sort of hope. But in 21 years of my life Ive only experienced happiness 5 times out of 20 usually fateful November days. Therefore Im taking a realistic approach to predicting this years contest, and I hope Im all sorts of wrong with this projection.. MONTANA-37 MONTANA STATE-16. ------------------------ I hope that Montana State can squeak into the FCS playoffs and hoist the Brawl of the Wild Trophy in Bobcat Stadium for the first time since 2005. But as a Bobcat fan why set yourself up for disappointment, it happens too much. I still love ya Bobcats and I truly do hope yall just Clock the Griz, but going in with low expectations softens the blow of knowing eminent defeat Saturday.
