I know it doesnt really mean anything, but I thought Id share anyway. My photo of this 1935 Alfa Romeo Grand Prix car was explored on Flickr. This is not the first time one of my photos has been explored, but it is the first time that Ive had a photo be ranked the #1 photo of the day, and I think that is damn cool. Flickr receives about 6,000 uploads every minute -- Thats about 8.6 million photos a day! From this huge group of images, the Flickr Interestingness algorithm chooses only 500 images to showcase for each 24-hour period. Thats only one image in every 17,000!
