I know it seems weird but bacon hadnt been to the beach yet in his 4 years of life. So we got up early this morning and took off for the day. We picked up my 93 year old grandma too on the way and brought her along. My moms been searching for the beautiful boat my grandparents use to have before my grandpa died years ago, anyway we tracked it down yesterday and showed up at the owners house. The registration is public knowledge. So we found the man in Corvallis yesterday and after telling him the story about my grandparents and their BEAUTIFUL life together and the meaning of the boat to us he told us anytime we want we can go see it. Its moored in New port beach. So we took bacon to the beach spent the day together with me, my mom, the kids and grandma. Grandma got to see the boat probably for the last time before she passes away. She was beyond excited to find out that was one of our surprises for her today. If I could rate the day between 1 & 10 for happiness, love, memories and meaningful moments. Id give it a 25 thank you god for today.
