I know its late but here goes. I think tonight was a great example of why Sean Payton is the best coach in the NFL. He knew just what needed to be done to win tonight. We got a lead and sat on it. Im not saying he held back, but it certainly wasnt the super aggressive game plan we are used to seeing. Tonight was a game where we did just enough to win, and that was a smart play. Sitting Sproles and Evans in my opinion was a move to save them for Seattle. Im pretty sure they wouldve played if it was a more important game. This post isnt really about the game its about the genius of our coach and the near perfect play from Brees this year. Ive been critical of him in the past being too aggressive, but hes been so calm this year. Very few TO this year, and hes realized that our Defense is good enough to keep us in the game. If Sean Payton is the coach of the year then Rob Ryan is the hire of the year. His defense has been so dominate this year that it makes all of our dreams possible. Theres no doubt in my mind we can go to Seattle and get a win. We will be 100% healthy thanks to resting a few players tonight. This game is setting up as the biggest regular season game in saints history. It literally could decide the nfc representative in the Super Bowl. Both these teams have the best home field advantage in the entire league, so you dont want to go to either place for a playoff game. Especially a championship game. The Saints have put themselves in this position by going 3-0 in a stretch of games that we all thought would determine how far we would go. These past 3 were tough, but the next 2 are going to be extremely difficult. Honestly each game gets more important than the next. All we have to do is keep going one at a time. Keep doing the things that got us where we are. Keep feeding Graham. Hes a MONSTER! Keeping running NO MATTER WHAT! Cam Jordan and Hicks KEEP KILLING IT! WE CAN DO IT!!!!! WHO DAT BABY!!! #beatseattle As always comments are welcome. Id like to know what you think we have to do to beat Seattle?
