I know many of you have seen this video, but this is why every citizen should use your electronic devices to video record every police encounter. The Fergusons fiasco proved the point. It was asked did the people that rioted ever read the report of the prosecutor, and I wonder if if the original police report was ever read. The prosecutor claims that all of the witnesses with exception of one lied, he also claimed that he could not rely one their testimony. So witness #10 testimony was his reason not to bring charges on the officer. Witness #10 first stated on his original police statement two day after the murder of Mr. Brown, that he was one hundred yards away from the incident, and the two young men was in the street walking on the opposite side from him, yet witness#10 testified to the grand jury that he was only fifty yards away, and the two young men was on the curb walking on the same side as he (or) her, we dont know anything about witness#10, only that witness #10 lied to the grand jury and this is the witness the prosecutor relied on the justify his reason not to bring charges. The prosecutor went in with the sole purpose of vindicating the murder. Never have it been that a prosecutor took the position of a defence attorney. And yet many Americans, those who could never can understand why the people in Ferguson rejected the prosecutors flawed report. Never did the prosecutor questioned the police officer claims that in his original statement that he was punched ten times in his face on the right side, but testified to the grand jury that he was only punched twice by Mr. Brown, that was a lie told by the officer to the grand jury, yet only the left side of his face was exposed. If the officer was in the drivers seat as he said he was, and Mr. Brown was at his window punching him in the face 10 times, how could he only could punch him on the right side of his face, and if Mr. Brown was as strong as the officer said he was, where is the black eye, or swollen face? People who want to believe a lie will always find a reason to get in agreement with a lie, and the only one here thats telling the lie, is not the witness that was dismissed, but the officer, prosecutor and most of all, witness #10!!!
