I know many of you might not FEEL me on this one but... I think I have to run at least four days a week. Hear me out - If I dont, I lose all will/desire/stamina to do it at all. I dont fall into a rut - I lay down in it, cover myself in dirt and consider it over and done. The reason I run is because I like to feel fast and able to take off whenever I need to...those zombies are quick now. Im never going to stop lifting but for MY ideal level of fitness, I want...no make that - I HAVE to feel fast just as much as I feel strong. I guess you can say that THAT is how I define my fitness goals. WHAT do you focus on? Whats your formula for fit? Strong and fast? Endurance? Pure Strength? Flexibility? Everyone is different...just dont let the zombies outrun you.
