I know many people get upset at seeing or hearing anything to do with Christmas before the US version of Thanksgiving passes. But even before I worked in retail advertising, where I would need to begin holiday ad preparations in June (so they would be printed and distributed before inserting into newspapers), I enjoyed celebrating gift-giving happy holidays year-round. After all, Miracle on 34th Street was first released to theaters in May!
