I know that Oscar Pistorius is probably guilty of killing Reeva and that everyone thinks that Gerrie Nel is doing a good job in his aggressive questioning of Oscar because everybody wants to hear the truth and see justice served and that just because Oscar is a celebrity he will not be treated any differently from other people who have been in his position. I just feel very sorry for him seeing him breaking down and crying on the stand and so emotional which is understandable. But the fact still remains that some Oscar Pistorius supporters have personally approached the Human Rights Commission on his behalf because of the aggressive and brutal manner he has been questioned by Gerrie Nel because after all Oscar Pistorius is still a human being. Im just very worried and concerned that Oscar Pistorius will be found guilty and sent to jail and he is disabled with his stumps and he will be in such fear and wont be able to handle jail and will harm himself and commit suicide. I think the right outcome for Oscar Pistorius would be a suspended sentence because of his disability taken into account !!! Please give me your opinions and feed back of what you think.
