I know that the colour of my outfit for Rebecca Stanley and Jonathan Ladouceurs wedding this October will be in the teal/turquoise range. That colour speaks to me every time I see it in clothing, art, jewellery or wherever. Plus, the amazing Dr. Herr actually noticed my new shirt today and complimented me on it! Have made changes over the past year and by 31 December I had lost 12 pounds and about 8 inches. More changes will occur this year, too! Simple steps were to drop most wheat and dairy from my diet, get active, make generally healthier choices and keep knocking back water. Reducing stress, finally, and better quality sleep have been tremendously helpful too!
