I know this is a bit long, but please read!! Got back late last night from another trip to San Miguel Mexico. Many of you have been following our groups experience on My Mission Mexico and have seen the pics and updates. If you havent seen them, I encourage you to take a look! I am so privileged to lead some of the MOST AMAZING people that I have ever gotten to know. Let me tell you up front that this isnt just the team that went to Mexico but it includes the rest of the Ignition Team that was at home praying for this trip. We connected through FaceTime on Thursday night and I was blown away with the number of young people that were there to pray for us. THANK YOU !!!! All of these blessings are yours as much as ours! We spent the week working with many people and falling in love with all of the precious souls that God put in front of us. P. Jack Driscoll and Janice spent time teaching us how to share Christ with people we dont know and we put that into action as we were in Mexico. What I am REALLY proud of are the times that our young people shared Christ when it wasnt part of what we were specifically doing. Sharing Christ when we were shopping, sharing Him at the store, sharing Him at the restaurants and even at the airports and on the planes coming home. Several were saved this week and MANY, MANY were seeded with the Word of God. At our final concert at Mariposa, there was a 93 year old lady that Jack led to the Lord. On the plane ride home, many of us sat next to people we didnt know. As I was sharing Christ with a lady (named Julie) that was sitting next to me, I was able to hear Shannon leading a young man to the Lord behind me - praying the prayer to accept Christ. Over and over again, all of these young people have displayed a fire for serving Christ and are NOT leaving it in Mexico but bringing it back home! We are ordering BOXES of tracts to arm our young people to reach out for Christ. WILL YOU JOIN with this TEAM in a MOVEMENT for CHRIST?? We CAN have the SAME passion, the SAME joy and the SAME RESULTS as the original church body in the Book of Acts if we set aside EVERYTHING temporal that we hold dear and COMMIT to Jesus Christ with our WHOLE lives!! TRUST HIM in the direction that He leads you - even if it doesnt make sense sometimes. As an example, the Holy Spirit directed me to do just that. About 6 weeks ago, He directed me to close my business and sell ALL of my equipment in order to go full time into ministry without a specific opportunity before me. I have done that and COMPLETELY TRUST what He is doing in my and my families lives. He has already produced some amazing results in my walk with Him and has CONFIRMED over and over again this decision. There is an Army Rising Up and people are placing Gods leading ahead of EVERYTHING else. Will you be one of those people? The body of Christ has many members with different callings, we need SOLD OUT people to follow that calling. Some may be called like me to drop everything and follow Him, others may be called to help the ministry financially (WE HAVE DESPERATE NEEDS). Either way, CHOOSE to be pliable to the leading of the Holy Spirit and He will show you His will and your part. We desire to begin building momentum here locally, sharing the Gospel with purpose, and watching it grow throughout this country and the World. What is your part?? Will you join this PASSIONATE CALLING?? It will COST you - I promise! But this service to Jesus will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!
