I know this is a hockey page and all, but I just wanted to pay quick respects to Ernie Banks. Whether Cubs fan or Sox fan, Ernie always greeted people he met with a smile. He was a hard worker on the field and the model gentleman off the field. His infectious smile and was a constant reminder of his unwavering optimism and love of life. Thank you, Ernie, for your incredible legacy and for reminding us to always see the positive in our lives. You will certainly be missed, but your legacy of kindness, sincerity, and optimism will live on forever.
