I know you have all heard the saying Ask and you shall receive and I know that some of you know that until the day that my Mother passed away, I wasnt sure if there really was a God. We had been searching for our house for a few years and nothing we found seemed to be right for us. Mom died in April and in June we found an adorable home on a dead in road with lots of land. It was perfect for us....in our minds, anyway. Long story short, things didnt work out for us. We were devastated but later learned that the foundation was in terrible condition and needed thousands of dollar in repairs and caused the home to be overran with mold. God knew that it wasnt our home. We found this house in late October. We prayed that it was our time to shine and that, God willing, things would work out in our favor. We got the home but had no idea how we would get it livable with Rod working seven 12 hour days. God sent us a few very dedicated family and friends, and here we are, living in our home! When we were forced to move our mobile home 3.5 yrs ago, everything we owned was stolen out of it. We had the clothes on our back and very little else. We had no idea how we were going to furnish and decorate our new home, but it was ok. We knew, in Gods time, it would happen. Never did I think it would have happened so quickly, though! We have been given so many beautiful decorations and furnishings! All I need now are decorations for my bedroom and bathroom and I think we are set! We thank God each and every day for the blessings he bestows upon us and we are beyon blessed to have such loving, caring friend and family!
