I lay pondering a question I have often asked myself and recently, some fellow Condadians too. So far this week, I have been to two markets. At each of these markets, probably 50% of the stalls are fruit and veg stalls with people coming away with big trolleys overflowing with fresh fruit and veg. Both Spanish and visitors alike, so this is obviously a popular commodity. So me thinks ... Apart from places like Mark Langtons la Mariposa and a couple of others, how often do you get fresh veg with your meal. I so wish some of the local restauranteurs here on Condado made better use of all that lush fodder out there. Feel better now thats off my chest!!
