I live about 2 miles down U hwy and at this point am begging people to please start taking responsibility for your animals out here.. We have a dog problem and have for awhile now.. Peoples chickens are being killed, my horses ran through fences, my neighbors cattle are being torn up.. Not a little girl out here can even have a cat anymore.. Today is the 5th dog left laying in the road for me to go scoop up and move off to the curb so they dont just get hit over and over and every kid going down the road does not have to see that. I completely understand it is not the drivers fault when they hit one of these dogs because they just run all the time but could you PLEASE at least make a attempt to move them to the side its not their fault their owners are irresponsible.. There is a black lab laying out there now with a collar if you know anyone out here missing one, I tried to remove him off the road but in the time it took me to come to the house get gloves and a shovel 2 other cars just hit it didnt even try and miss it.. I cant do that so if you know who the dog could belong to please let them know.. I tried I just can not do this one...
