I live in Colches Street North just down from the high school. This afternoon around 5pm 2 teenage boys stole golf clubs from the unit behind us. This same unit had a bike stolen 2 days ago and a car stolen (from the same block of units) about a year ago. Our neighbour to the left was broken into yesterday (they have been broken into several times over the past 2 years). Also yesterday a different pair of teenage boys walked down Colches Street carrying a spray paint can and sprayed a council sign front and back and the day before a little boy on a bike dropped a spray paint can after tagging the same sign. Last night at 8pm someone stole stuff off of our balcony (this has happened at least 3 times in the past year that we are aware of). My car has been keyed (scratched) twice and the petrol siphoned once. At least 4 nights a week we have drunks walking up and down our street yelling and screaming and fighting between the hours of 9pm and 5am several times a night. Last Sunday morning at 6am there was a man walking past our house having a domestic with a woman following him in a car revving the cars engine and honking the horn all the while screaming at each other. There was also an incident where teenage boys were setting bins on fire and when my father called out to them as they were about to set our neighbours they stood out front of our house threatening to kill us and throwing rocks at our windows. All these incidents have happened over the past 2 years and none are due to the people who actually live in the street. Casino doesnt need extra police, Colches Street does....
