I lost a really good friend last night Gavin Raymond. Today i lad called Jon Ward wrote this and i had to share it as his words rang true. I like to think of myself as a young nearly 40, but already I have lost so many friends. Some through illness, others through accident and even to murder. As I get older, wiser, more settled and start to appreciate friends and family more I can only suggest you take each day as it comes, and grab it by the horns.... Live your life, take a chance every so often and try new things. Dont be afraid to share your problems, ask for help or take five minutes to ask someone else how they feel. In view of the tragic events in Paris, the Air Asia crash and events close to me, I hope and wish that each and every one of us takes a minute or two to have a think, and maybe spare a minute for others. This is why we have friends. Things like this should not happen a problem shared is a problem solved. Love all my friends and family and here if i am needed no matter how big or small.
