I love bread, but the paleo dieter in me has me staying away 90% of the time. I threw together a decent brownie using this brand garbanzo flour. A previous attempt at a bechamel was ok, but lacking. What I want to know, if anyone has a bread machine, have you used these kind of alternative flours to produce breads or doughs for wrapping goodness in (potstickers, peirogis, pasties, calzones, empanadas,samosas, etc... I think I covered every region)? Then I can justify a bread machine. But a dehydrator is above that on the list. bobsredmill/
