Its probably the most important thing in a person.” ― Audrey Hepburn Life can feel so serious at times and most of us have many responsibilities. Often we are exposed to painful experiences, which are a natural part of living. I also believe that laughter is a natural process if we allow ourselves to engage in it. One of the things I am most attracted to are people who enjoy laughing as much as I do. There is nothing quite like a belly laugh that is felt through out ones body. Laughter is not only fun it is also an amazing release of emotion.
