I love seeing people happy on here thats dope. It is as long as the same people arent too scared to admit they sad as well. Just keep it 100, how you feeling... Its supposed to be a social network, like friends helping each other whether that be good or bad times. I stopped trying to impress people a long time ago I just speak from the heart now no matter how imperfect it is. Ill admit on first successes I was completely overwhelmed, people tried to give me that life, at 22 just four years into living in a city I had tasted Ace of Spades, Cristal etc. had a wardrobe of Versace and Prada, staying in 5 star hotels I thought that was success and I recall in the past year finding old statuses and being ashamed because that wasnt me it wasnt how I was raised (aint knocking anyone who lives that if that them but it was never me I was just curious and the city encouraged me) but thats just growing up I think they say you dont know who you are until you 25 and Im really thankful for still having that grace to walk away even on a high. Tonight Im gonna get me a Yazoo milkshake and some Haribos and work on something that is close to my heart that is going to help people and of course nobody is here to help me, but at least Im happy that I can finally keep it 100, I dont need to brag about anything anymore, may have lost me some friends and made some very ill judged mistakes but Ive learnt my lessons and thats the most important thing. The most important thing I learnt was commodities and lifestyle do not affect art ( i was like many a product of modern escapism and scared that I needed to play by the rules of the cliche), artists I work with do not sit around telling stories about how they got this and that for free and they were in this club, you look like a mug if you do, the only thing you gotta talk about is what you bringing to the table this project and how does it impact society. Keep it rocking in the free world (well the milkshake and haribo may cost me about £3 or something)
