I love stories like this! While many are preparing to return to work tomorrow, I love that I can share RF as a great back up plan! From Amy Cassidy, Nurse Practitioner from the Mayo Clinic! I posted something yesterday and my FB app reminded me that this pic was taken last year on New Years Day. My sweet husband was at home with the kids and knew it would make my day if he brought them to my work so I could see them. That was a typical scenario. The long shifts meant leaving the house before they woke up, and coming home after they went to bed. Working weekends, holidays, and even occasional night shifts. In this picture, one year ago, I had been also working my Rodan + Fields business for 4 months. I had little to no interest in my business, no consultants on my team, and had seriously considered quitting. Boy, am I glad I didnt. We have a crass saying at my house, Poop or get off the pot. Meaning, either get stuff done, or quit trying. I knew I had to step it up in my business if I wanted the success that my entire up line leaders were having. In other words, it was time to roll up my sleeves and get stuff done! So, thats what I did. Now, over 226 people have joined my team. 3 of us have left our full-time jobs, because our R+F incomes now surpass our full-time salaries. And the rest of the team is headed in the same direction. I am now home with my sweet babies and I am so grateful for the blessings that came to my family in 2014!! I cant wait to see what 2015 has in store for us.
